Thousands of dollars in debt, Kyle Baxter receives a survey in the mail asking for his input on a series of questionnaires in exchange for a couple hundred dollars. Looking to better his situation, he agrees, but soon finds out that he signed up for more than he anticipated.

As a child, Mayhem witnesses the murder of his mother. This event turns him into a monster who lives by the gun and is determined to get rich by any means necessary.
