Deniz Yıldızı follows Deniz, a young woman who leaves her small hometown and moves to Ankara to study medicine. Alongside Deniz, the series follows the intersecting lives of several other main characters as they navigate love, lies, secrets, jealousy, and family conflicts, all woven into a youthful, heartfelt coming-of-age drama.

Hande and Ceren who are about to graduate from college, are close friends since childhood. Ceren is a spoiled daughter of a wealthy family and Hande is a daughter of manicurist Nermin.
