The story of a young nun who, one night on a deserted beach, meets an old fisherman who is desperate because of the poor catch. Suddenly, a miracle occurs, leading him to believe that she is the Virgin Mary, while she exploits the man's blind faith to leave her convent forever. It is a story that speaks first and foremost of faith in the broadest sense of the term, that is, believing in something at all costs, but also of the desire for revenge and emancipation.

Two famous influencers, while visiting the location of their upcoming wedding, encounter a sinister priest who puts their relationship and their survival to the test.

Marcello is a young man who, beneath the clear-cut plans he has for his future and firm visions about the world, is still discovering himself. By his side there is his best friend Gioele, an unalloyed dreamer. For him, time seems to stop underneath the clouds of their childhood, while Marcello is ready to set off to the big city and start his adult life. During their last summer together, the two embark on an excursion to find the mythical "leap's waterfall", a journey that will prove revealing. Throughout the search for the waterfall, the two will discover themselves and each other truths.
