Ismail Abdel Hafez

An English literature doctor and her husband works as a psychology teacher at the university. They have been six years of marriage without having children, and problems abound between them. Some friends advise the doctor to go to Attar to take some medicinal herbs that benefit pregnancy, and at the same time, some friends advise the husband to go to a psychologist, and indeed both are done, and many events occur.

A sweeping saga spanning Egyptian history from the era of King Farouk to the early 21st century, Al Helmeya Nights centres on the bitter rivalry between the Al-Badri and Ghanem families in Cairo's Helmeya neighbourhood. Driven by revenge, ambition, and shifting power, the series — written by Osama Anwar Okasha with over 300 actors across six seasons — is widely considered one of the greatest achievements in Arab television drama.

The series revolves around the two brothers Hafez and Shawqi, the sons of Haj Radwan, whose life paths are completely different, while Shawky indulges in the life of fun and luxury, his brother Hafez is busy working in trade with his father, and begins signs of conflict between them on several levels, and at the same time Hafez marries Dolat, and Shawky from Zainab, to ignite the ground of a new conflict.

Rizqa adopts and raises her nephew Maghawry after his mother dies during his birth. He grows up with his aunt in Al-Siyala neighborhood in Alexandria where they suffer from poverty and difficult circumstances, but events take a turn when a rich businessman claims that he's Maghawry's father.

The series takes place during the war of attrition and its aftermath, in a building and the relationship between its inhabitants, and about a family who loses their son in the war and its impact on them. It also deals with the issue of terrorism and poverty, which drives the poor to drift behind extremist groups.

When a father has to go abroad for work, he leaves his children in the care of his sister who comes to stay with them, only to be shocked when she witnesses their behavior. As the family struggles to adjust to the changes, the aunt wisely helps her brother's children through their problems.
