Tu's troupe visits a countryside hoping to earn some money back after a big contract collapses. Anh Tu is a funny person, so he is loved and enthusiastically helped by the children here. By chance, he meets Ngoc Linh – a childhood friend who is now a teacher. In the village, a rich wood merchant has been keeping an eye on her for a long time and intends to play a trick to steal her. To make a living, an unemployed graduate secretly transports a woman's corpse to Tây Nguyên in the dead of night. Along the journey, he confronts a supernatural world filled with restless spirits, a mysterious girl he longs for, and a dark truth tied to the ambulance he’s driving.

Luan continues to serve as the governor of Kien Hoa province and receives classified information sent by Y5, an agent installed by Kien Hoa Security in the Communist Party of Vietnam.
