Sam Hui Special 1980 presents a string of Sam Hui's songs in story form, joined by guest performers including Teresa Carpio, Ricky Hui, Wong Ching, Kwok Lee-man, Eunice Lam, James Wong and Winnie Yu. In the story, Sam's boss demands that he write more than a dozen new songs. Drawing on everyday life and the state of society, Sam comes up with numbers such as 搵嘢做, which urges people to work hard to get ahead; 先敬羅衣後敬人, on the importance of dressing sharp; and 每事問, which teaches students to question everything in order to learn — plus 夜夜念奴嬌, 尖沙咀Susie, 這一曲送給您, 傀儡 and more.

The Brothers is a TVB television series which premiered on 21 April 1980. The show's theme song "The Brothers", was composed and arranged by Joseph Koo, with Wong Jim, writing the lyrics. It was originally sung by Cantopop singer, Roman Tam
