An interview shoot at the home of a forgotten actor turns into an unexpected confrontation as the night unfolds. In a night where everyone’s role is called into question, a dark reckoning emerges around cinema and power.

Selin, the spoilt and only child of a wealthy family, is dragged into an unwanted marriage, but she manages to escape on her wedding day. As she heads for the Aegean on a bus, she meets Asiye who tells Selin that she is being forcibly sent to her relatives. Selin offers to change places.

Nothing happens out of the blue, and certainly not this letter. A middle-aged man reads a letter written to him.

The film tells the story of three families who produce enough to sustain themselves in a small town and live off what they produce. Talat, who runs a dairy farm, Bedrettin, who raises chickens, and Rıfkı, who bakes bread in the bakery he inherited from his father, are three friends who have lived in the same town since birth, raised their children together, and have never been apart since childhood. When Talat's child falls ill, life begins to change suddenly. The most important message the film conveys to the audience is defined as "hope."

When the son encounters an unfamiliar woman, the power struggle with his father intensifies.

A Turkish remake of "The Jeffersons". With Ihsan Yildirim's cleaning business booming, he insisted his family leave the "plain folks" and move up to Etiler with the "fancy folks." It is Ihsan's hope that relocation and his newly acquired wealth will mean the end of his problems in general and his troubles with neighbors in specific. But life in a luxurious high rise holds some unexpected pitfalls for the Yildirims, including Basar's struggle to convince his father that his marriage into a Turkish-Greek mixed family is cause for celebration, not disappointment. All events in Yildirim's lives is accompanied by its share of problems, confusion and most of all humor.
