After a suicide attempt, a young man in a psych ward retreats into silence, until a gifted psychologist forces him to confront the question that has haunted him his entire life: is he destined to inherit his mother's madness?

When serial cheater Eric is ready to settle down, he is served a vengeful dose of his own medicine, from his fiancée Alisha, and a second dose from the husband of his long-term mistress, that may ruin his life forever.

Set in the proverbial boomtowns of West-Texas and a modern-day tale of fortune-seeking in the world of oil rigs, the series is an upstairs/downstairs story of roughnecks and wildcat billionaires that are fueling a boom so big it’s reshaping our climate, our economy and our geopolitics.
