Catalin Moise

Night after night, two friends keep getting in a fight over which movie they are going to watch.

An old man is in need of a surgery. He goes to the hospital pushed by his wife who has arranged everything. What it should be a simple medical intervention turns into a meeting with the destiny. Will the old man understand the meaning of this encounter?

Catalin Moise embarks on a dizzying journey in an attempt to answer the title question, wandering through the history of Italy, Germany, and Romania in the 20th century, using as sources "The Anatomy of Fascism" and "Corneliu Zelea Codreanu The Rise and Fall of the 'Captain'."
