Ozan is a highly successful lawyer. With his success, he has become arrogant and insensitive. The events he experiences on his birthday turn his whole life upside down. The nightmares he experiences are leading him step by step toward an inevitable end. The only way to solve the strange and mysterious events that have befallen him is to come to terms with himself. Taking place in Afghanistan, which seems to have normalized after the war but is still seething under the surface, Toz is based on the emergence of secrets from a family's past one by one. Azra, Emir and Ahmet are three Afghan siblings born and raised in Istanbul. After their mother's death, Azra sets off to find out why she inherited a house in Afghanistan, to see the house and to really get to know her family. She ignores her brother Emir's concerns and goes to her uncle, who refuses to tell her anything. Her uncle is uncomfortable with her even going out alone and is rude to his wife and daughter. Azra gets close to a handsome and polite café owner whom she meets by chance and tries to reach her relatives, whose existence she has just learned about, through this man.

When an old fling shows up with their infant child, a dallying man-child must take on the role of father and create a fairytale world for his daughter.

What is happening in Istanbul's back streets? Which lives are flowing, in the shadow of poverty? Women, gypsies, transvestites, street children each are victims of another discrimination. A typical Black Sea family connected to each other will meet with people who are trying to cling to the loneliness of life in this neighborhood where they will be forced to survive after their migration to Istanbul.
