The film depicts the life of John the Baptist. Zechariah becomes father to a son. They name him John. At the same time Mary, who is under the protection of Zechariah, gives birth to Jesus. The people think that Zechariah fathered Mary’s child and kill him for it. Fearing the violence of the people, Zechariah’s wife Elizabeth is forced to flee the town with their son, John. Rabia is a young woman who grew up worshiping alongside her religious father. Rabia, who was taken prisoner by the slave trader Ammar, is sold to Emir Hanzade as a concubine. Emir, who fell in love as soon as he saw his concubine, began to torture Rabia when he could not find her love back.
