The unexpected events that take place later that night reveal the political chaos in Turkey before the 1980 coup d'état.

Garip Bülbül is about the life story of the great bard Neşet Ertaş. Neşet Ertaş, who signed 400 records and many cassettes throughout his life, wrote many poems under the pen name "Garip". The film tells the unknowns about both the private and career life of Neşet Ertaş, who passed away in 2012.

Hasan returns to his hometown as a young teacher after years in Diyarbakır. An anonymous letter he receives at school pushes him to seek the truth to defend someone wronged. The team, which needs to camp to prepare for the tournament, reaches the brink of disbanding when the caravan cannot provide the necessary environment. Şenol Başkan must act swiftly to prevent his team from disbanding.
