“TESA MAN” is a music film – a poetic exploration of the relationship between collective creativity and the natural world. The film blurs the lines between reality and imagination, inviting viewers into an animistic experience where music performed by the band Tesa in a frozen Baltic landscape attempts to transform air, steam, ash and clay into something much more alive.

Comedy Latvia is going on its annual tour with the stand-up comedy “Neatšķaidīts”! All the comedians of Comedy Latvia’s core lineup have prepared their latest material, polished it in summer venues, and are ready to tell it on stages all over Latvia. The brightest comedians of the Latvian stand-up scene will go on the tour - Rūdolfs Kugrēns, Jānis Kreičmanis, Kalvis Troska, Aleksandrs Guzenko, Kaspars Žilins, and Jack Everitt. The newest member of Comedy Latvia, Kārlis Strautiņš, will take care of warming up the veterans. This year, we want everything to be simple, so to speak - undiluted. It is year 1994. Spring. In Jelgava – a small town in Latvia. Jānis (14) – behaves well at school, shows interest in all subjects, and studies well. His mother loves him very much. There are exactly two things happening in one day, which change his life completely. One – a new girl, Kristīne (15), comes to his class and attracts everybody’s attention immediately. And second– Kurt Cobain commits suicide. Until this moment Jānis does not know anything neither about Nirvana, nor about Cobain. But very soon he finds out.
