The story of a friendship spanning generations and boundaries: a Hungarian soldier escapes to the West in the ’50s. The son of a U.S. soldier runs to the East in the ’90s. Their paths cross in Bogotá, Colombia, and they become friends by sharing memories of the same land but of very different times.

The candidates Sandro Archila and Camilo Hernández, face each other to define who will be the next delegate in charge of the election, classification and programming of dance numbers of the local faire. After the public vote and after the private counting of the votes in the local primary school, the delegate of the vote together with the two candidates accompanied by their campaign teams, confirm that the result of the vote is a draw. With no time for another voting process they will have to find another way to elect the delegate.

Aseneth, her filmmaker daughter, holds a dialogue with Clara. They converse between the tension of revelations and direct questions. They meet again in the image of Lilia, Clara's girlfriend who disappeared from the scene years ago. Aseneth will soon become a mother and this will lead to an enlightening, challenging and loving encounter.
