After the sudden loss of her parents, 12-year-old İrem moves in with her estranged grandmother on a semi-industrial dairy farm. As she witnesses the routine separation of newborn calves from their mothers, İrem becomes increasingly troubled by the quiet violence embedded in everyday practice to gain more milk. This unsettling realization leads her to make a small but radical decision: to free the pregnant cows from the farm, with the help of Halid, an orphan apprenticed to the farm’s veterinarian.

With the successful operation, Sinan begins to see vaguely, but after a while weird adaptation complications emerge. Nilgün believes that chaos is related to blind habits and increases pressure on Sinan to adapt to the world of vision. This tension moves towards a tragic showdown, where they question each other's personalities. Just in this process, the doctor explains that if there is no second surgery, Sinan will be blind as before.
