From its first days, the Euromaidan was guarded by Self-Defense - the volunteers who maintained order and security by working in shifts. Now most of them serve in the National Guard of Ukraine, and the rest have created self-defense squads in cities and villages all over Ukraine and maintain public order. The Odesa Self-Defense revealed a scheme for smuggling fuel via the sea port to the occupied territories of the Donbas.

On the first day of the Russian occupation of the peninsula, Crimean activists created a Facebook page with this title to provide up-to-date and reliable information about the situation in Crimea. Today, Crimea SOS provides urgent humanitarian, legal, psychological aid to internally displaced persons, and is fighting for the return of Crimea to Ukraine.

In the east and south of Ukraine, many people do not speak Ukrainian. Activists organize free courses for everyone who wants to learn, bring book fairs and music bands to cities and towns, and organize meetings with writers.

While he was fleeing Ukraine, President Viktor Yanukovych tried to destroy all the evidence of his government's corrupt activities. In order to save the drowned, slashed and burned papers and bring about the punishment of the criminals in power, journalists and volunteers organized the White Collar Unit, which day by day is building up valid proof of the crimes from the tiniest pieces.

Documentary short of love, betrayal and responsibility. Fenik and Alina live for the moment, as people lost on the brink of civilization and human morality. Both lovers have children, and they cherish the hope that they will soon be able to take the kids to live with them. But those are only words. Alina's infidelity pushes Fenik towards reconsideration, but will it last? The film is about the manifestation of human feelings in souls ravaged by alcohol. It hints at our common responsibility for the future. One wants to think that children will be healthily immune to this syndrome and will become better than their parents. That is how it is supposed to be.

Where geography and common sense doesn't work, there is a place for him. This is a story about a person who has everything. It is not quite the same we used to imagine as the products of contemporary system of values. Living on the edge between alcoholic dreams and awakenings Fenik has found his niche. The only reason to worry about is that scrap metal will be gone soon.

"Beyond Euro" is the result of collective work of the youth creative laboratory. His idea can probably be defined as an attempt to impersonate the crowd. The ability to see, to distinguish a human face from a crowd that seems faceless, cohesive on a sporting, political, or any other basis. And tell me about it. That's probably the point. Both the Almanac and the laboratory. How successful this experiment is will be judged by the audience. In any case, it took place. And here is a series of attentive, thoughtful, concerned or ironic, but always caring and independent views of young authors on the reality that surrounds them. To see a separate human face in a crowd also means to keep your own. In any crowd... which is thus personified and gets a chance to turn into a society. The thought is not new, but it needs to be reminded.
