Blue Murder is a British crime drama television series based in Manchester. Shown on ITV from 2003 until 2009 when it was cancelled by the network, it starred Caroline Quentin as DCI Janine Lewis.

Five friends meet one year post-wedding, each dealing with personal struggles: pregnancy concerns, dating problems, fertility issues, finding love, and relationship troubles. Their bond grows stronger through it all.

A serial bigamist, Julie Harding (Michelle Collins) is a compulsive flirt with a wicked sense of humour. She loves a good wedding - especially her own - but Julie is a perfectionist, and the reality of married life doesn't always mirror the magic of the big day.
