Ali is 18. His feet are firmly off the ground. The very idea of marriage seems like a game. But the bride's parents are ready and willing. Business ventures will be set up between the families; the arrangement will pay off all round. Ali, meanwhile, is more interested in playing with puppets and dressing up as a rooster for the travelling theatre. His fiancée has only so much patience... So what should his parents do? What was that? Hire a Borrowed Bride? Meaning exactly what? Well just that: borrow a bride, as the title of the film suggests......

A man is forced to confront his past after he loses everything in an accident. Mustafa is a successful business man living a seemingly great life with his family when an accident takes it all away from him and leaves him with many questions and a cab driver, Fikret, who can answer it all. Mustafa is due to get a lot more than what he bargained for, however, as his interrogations take him to long-forgotten childhood memories and force him to see his formerly perfect life from a very different perspective.

Recep Ivedik has been depressed since the death of his grandmother. Everyone who tries to help him fails. A young girl named Zeynep, who can't find an apartment, stays with Recep. Initially, the two can't stand each others but after a while, they grow close. Despite many adventures together, Recep's depression won't go away. That is until he experiences something he had never experienced before.

Mehmet who is an idealist advertising photographer, has just separated from his girlfriend Selin. He deeply suffers from love pain but doesn't lose his hope of regaining her. Then he meets the mysterious Defne, who encourages him to take action before everything is too late. With the other close friends of Mehmet, they make a secret plan to bring back the lost love, Selin who is a very popular singer now, and the hopeful adventure which no one is sure of its ending whether it will be happy or not, begins.

Sevda Erses is a singer who has devoted herself to Turkish classical music and strives to be principled in her work. She is careful not to go beyond professional relationships with her boss and listeners, which is why her career has stagnated. As part of her Anatolian tour with a company, Erses also gives concerts in a small town. The singer not only receives great interest from the local people but also unintentionally captivates the town's leader. However, her heart belongs to an engineer she met in the same town.
