An epic about one of the most turbulent times in the recent history of the Buenos Aires suburbs. In this context, a group of idealists emerges who are specifically called: "The bastards."

The story follows Patricia "Patito" Castro, a kind and talented girl who moves to Buenos Aires with her mother in search of a better life. There, she meets her father for the first time, falls in love with Matías, and becomes involved in a rivalry between two groups of students, Las Divinas and Las Populares. As Patito faces bullying, friendship, family secrets, and first love, she learns that true beauty comes from kindness, honesty, and self-confidence.

Gustavo "el Nene" Carrizo (Adrián Suar) is a con artist and opportunist, but he is also a friendly thief who wins people over with his incredible charisma and his desire to help others. He came to Argentina from Spain with the purpose of avenging the death of his father, assassinated by a gang of drug traffickers. And at the moment of carrying out his revenge, he ran into the police.
