When an accident occurs, a group of snails begin to speculate about what happened – but the conversation soon goes off the rails.

The film takes place during the weeks that best pals Bert and Åke are going to do prao. Åke does his at Bert's father's optician's shop, while Bert has landed at restaurant Tippen. Here, Klimpen and, more importantly, Molly also do prao. Both Bert and Åke are in love with Molly. Molly seems to like Bert. And Åke? He has no idea. Difficult questions, dilemmas and intricate lies pile up to finally explode and Bert risks losing both his best friend and his great love.
