After a wild Full Moon Party in Thailand, the body of a young woman washes ashore, turning the vacation of four Dutch friends into a nightmare.

Julia, Nick and Sterre start their school year with success: they have a contract with a record label and are allowed to perform in a major national live show. But then their school merges with another, so that everyone from the rivalling Olympus College joins them, including their eternal rival Babette! All squads are turned upside down and while Babette tries to regain her number 1 position, the Misfits befriend the shy Tara. The Misfits must do everything they can to stay together and follow their dream of winning the final of the international music competition, the TMAs.

Former Amsterdam police detective Floris Wolfs has been transferred to the police department of the south-Dutch country town Maastricht. His metropolitan experience nicely complements the local expertise of his new country colleagues, who know the folks. Slowly he fits in, while solving countless crimes together with his female partner Eva van Dongen.

When the owner of the Costa. succumbs to the club's success and has to temporarily go into a quiet retreat to recover, it is up to his staff to keep the club running.
