Esteban García Insausti

Film formed by three stories: Flash by Pavel Giroud, in which a photographer sees strange apparitions in his photographs; Lila by Lester Hamlet, on the forbidden love between a young couple; and Luz roja by Esteban Insausti, about two characters who begin an affair after they met by chance in a traffic hold-up.

The film is narratively constructed in three acts vertebrate by the memories of a club of jazz that will be demolished shortly. The first story (Alto Saxo), is starring a poor and prodigious child, who has enough talent to win the most important contest of solos in the town at the end of the 50s. The second (Contrabass with bow) recounts the experiences of a virtuoso bassist who suffers the siege of a critic in the 90s, and the third (solo piano), presents the promising career of a young town pianist today.
