The head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Butovo region, Makarov, is completely replaced by the personnel as a result of a conflict with the leadership. Instead of experienced male cops, four young students are singled out.

Anya and Natasha, participants of the "Precinct Officers of Russia" program, come to the small town of Lisyegorsk. Both work at station No. 13: Anya is a therapist at the polyclinic, Natasha is a district police officer.

The usual life of a car service is disturbed by the arrival of a new car mechanic - Sasha's girlfriend. Despite her experience in car repairs, Sasha will face greasy ridicule from colleagues and mistrust of clients. With her perseverance and resourcefulness, she will have to prove to everyone that she is a pro and cars are her vocation.
