This documentary follows the formation of a housing cooperative among the inhabitants of La Lechería, who came to buy land in Mataderos to build decent housing. After years of organization and work, events precipitate: the eviction of the property arrives and with it, the promise of government compensation. But the residents of Mataderos form a front to reject the new residents as “villeros”, with a press campaign and attacks.

Judges Walter Saettone and Alejandro David visit police stations and prisons every day where prisoners are housed to review their legal situations and their prison living conditions, thus guaranteeing them decent treatment and a decent life.

Ábalos travels to an innovative penitentiary facility in a remote location. There, the military doctor who runs the complex will reveal to him the dark nature of the control techniques applied to its inmates, based on dream manipulation.
