This coming-of-age story features our heroine Addie who is about to turn 30. Everything a good girl is supposed to do, she's done it. So why isn't it working? At what point is it no longer noble, but stupid, to continue doing the right thing if it's only making her miserable.

A young woman of royal blood tries to secure her throne as the second female Pharaoh in history, but is met with tremendous backlash from a male dominated culture. She ruled as a man, but lived and loved in a forbidden romance as a woman. A true tale of betrayal, love and courage despite everything.
