Ana is a dedicated housekeeper, considered "part of the family". When her employer demands cod for an important dinner, and there is none at home, the desperate search for the ingredient turns into anxiety, pushing Ana to her breaking point.

Inside an apartment, a character describes the birth of two children: a boy and a girl. In the maternity ward, the first is received with pride by the father. The girl, on the other hand, is welcomed by her mother's distressed gaze. While the boy grows up as a man, the girl does not identify with the skirts she is wearing. This fictional documentary about the differences and closeness between two siblings touches on themes such as transsexuality, love, violence and discovery.

In the 1980s, the musical and futuristic teacher Clara Celeste arrives at a school surrounded by bullying problems driven by issues of ethnicity, sexuality, gender, physique, and behavior. Despite this, prejudice still surrounds the school, always seeking to intimidate the students. To win this battle against intolerance and censorship, the group will need to stick together and believe in the power of change.
