The world's largest comedy festival, Just for Laughs Montreal, returns with a French gala bringing together the biggest stars of French-language comedy: Gad Elmaleh, Jamel Debbouze, Jarry, Waly Dia, Elena Nagapetyan, Rachid Badouri, Laurie Peret, Nordine Ganso, Sarah Lélé, and Anas Hassouna. Hosted by Quebec's new stand-up star, Mehdi Bousaidan. Recorded on July 16, 2025, at Salle Maisonneuve at Place des Arts, during the Just for Laughs Montreal Festival and the 2025 Gala de la Francophonie in Montreal, Quebec (Canada).

Following the burial of his father, in his village right in the middle of the Corsican countryside , Dumè discovered the existence of a brother, Lucien, with whom he will have to share the inheritance left by the patriarch... On the condition of being able to live together for a month in the family home. Under the backdrop of cultural legitimacy and of real estate inheritance a balance of power will be established between Lucien, the blood son, and Dumè, the adopted son.

Hosted by Kyan Khojandi, in sixty minutes, sixty artists follow one another on stage. Which means they have sixty seconds, and not one more, to hold the spectators' attention and draw them into their world. The witticisms fuse, forming a veritable fireworks display of witticisms and funny situations, to the delight of viewers, but also of guest comedians.

69 artists from all walks of life take to the stage to perform a 69-second creation on the themes of love and sexuality.
