Four old friends - Kamil, Lesha, Sasha and Slava - all well-to-do professionals in their late 30s embarking on a two days road trip from Moscow to Odessa. The plot focuses on Nikolay Vasiliev one of the many Interpreters hired to work at the festival by the imposing Margo Altshuller (who is in charge of all the interpreters). While working Nikolay meets and falls in love with a young and very attractive interpreter Marina Almazova. As hundreds of foreign guests arrive in Moscow, the KGB plots to discredit Hollywood star Richard Dirk. The KGB appoints Valya Kashina, to go undercover as a personal interpreter for Dirk. What follows is intrigue, romance, confusion and misunderstandings, all making for an unforgettable Moscow International Film Festival.

Grandpa Slava is the oldest of the Midland vampire family. They live quietly. They live by the law. They live the unremarkable life of an ordinary Russian family and they never kill humans – ever. The brothers Vanya, Kostya and Danila Popov kept the whole village in fear for many years and terrorized the neighbors. The coronavirus pandemic changed everything: the brothers locked themselves in their house, and the residents breathed a sigh of peace for the first time in many years. At the end of the self-isolation, the villagers unanimously decide not to inform the Popov family about the lifting of quarantine. So begins a big scam involving the entire village of 200 people. Everyone's peace and well-being are at stake, but how long will it be possible to keep a secret and won't it have more serious consequences? Residents are trying to do everything to prevent failure. Meanwhile, the younger Popov falls in love with a nurse who has arrived from the city and jeopardizes the entire village plan.
