Egaña train station, Argentina, 1942: Driven by the honour of their father's memory, two poor Italian immigrant brothers, face a duel against two rich and insolent french men around a billiards table.

Pedro and Silvia are a married couple who are spending a few days in a house in the middle of the countryside. Pedro wants to take care of Silvia, but she doesn't need to be cared for. Meanwhile, a leak in the farm's pipes threatens to dry up the crops.
