Within the club, the four define themselves as outsiders, since they do not participate in the sports activities that are practiced there, and therefore do not fit into the logic that governs the place, being permanently bothered and mocked by the rest of the children of their age.

Her other daughter Mercedes comes from Buenos Aires but is less interested in her mother's condition than in possibly getting her money. Marta's husband has a great offer for a piece of land owned by Juana, but can't do anything while she is in a coma.

I Am Your Message

Ana and Lucio invent a religion and found a small cult in a closed, wealthy community. They perform rituals, pray, and work in a garden where they grow a psychoactive plant for their ceremonies. Mara, searching for her brother Damián, joins the community. Initially idyllic, the cult reveals a dark side. Mara connects with Lucio after consuming the plant's pollen, hallucinates, and discovers Ana's sinister plan. When she tries to escape, she discovers the end of the world.

The Longleg

Inside a typical town, kids are menaced by the legend of the fearsome Patalarga. For their parents though, Patalarga is nothing more than a clever invention to scare the kids off disturbing their siesta. However, Teto, Maru and Ramón will soon find out Patalarga really does exist! But contrary to its appearance, Patalarga turns out to be a beautiful person, and so, they establish a sweet affectionate connection.

About Buenos Aires

Eleven young film-makers got together to collaborate in this atypical project. Atypical not only because of its technical specs, but because of its narrative structure. There are several scenes with only the city in common, and more as a conceptual presence at that than as a precise geography. None of those scenes contains a single "story": Each one of them is part of a larger situation that we cannot see, as though the beginning and end of each "story" had to be filled in by the audience.

Verdades verdaderas, la vida de Estela

In 1976, a coup d'etat by the Armed Forces replaced the argentine constitutional Government and policies of terror that trampled on human rights were implemented. In a few years, the hidden and silent violence of these policies spiraled and 30,000 citizens of different ages and social conditions were murdered. They were wrongly called the disappeared and, among them, there were young children or unborn young who were delivered in prisons of the military dictatorship and whose kidnappers abducted and registered as their own children. This movie tells the story of Estela Barnes Carlotto, a human rights activist in Argentina, chairwoman of the Association of Grandmothers of the Plaza de Mayo, who stopped being a housewife to get involved in public affairs after the kidnap of her daughter, Laura Estela Carlotto in 1977. The film is about the way her life was transformed.

(How) To Be Dead

A young man decides to self-examine. He escapes from school and meets two friends who do not know his plan. They spend the whole day wandering around the center of Buenos Aires. Finally, the young man leaves his friends in a train while they sleep. The young man, alone, wanders through the city through the night. Security cameras monitor the city, but the young man disappears.

It combines documentary with fiction to show the neglect produced by abandonment and how it affects the lives of the characters. Each episode deals with a different place.
