An engineer's dream of making the perfect train for Indian Railways is given hope when the company commissions his prototype. After years dedicating himself to his dream, his family has suffered, but now he hopes to make it all up to them with the train's triumphant inaugural journey. However, an embittered fellow employee has other ideas.

Peter (O. P. Ralhan) and Kitty (Helen) love each other, but due to Peter's poverty, they are unable to marry each other. To find their suspect, they devise a plan whereby they will stage an attack on each man's wife. Whoever the culprit is, will freak out and his identity will be revealed.

Stripped of his powers, Amar is caught by Hardayal and imprisoned, leaving Chhaya alone to figure out the whereabouts of this criminal.
