Bahar, who works as a factory worker and has just turned 18, has completely different dreams for her future, but her family has already decided her fate. Caught between a silent mother, a retired father who seeks happiness elsewhere, and an unemployed older brother, Bahar searches for salvation in a world she knows very little about. "Hope Island" tells the story of a group of people who come to the UK from Turkey illegally and a young girl who comes for the purpose of educational opportunities. These young people, who come from different classes and cultures, are taking the journey of hope towards England to resume life elsewhere.

Zeynep relatives come to the land of Fikriye and win the love of the girls with purity. Ati, Zafer and Umutcan decide to keep the house overlooking the Girls Dorm. Men are living inside while girls are strolling in the yard. Insurances and electricity are cut off during the downturn. The plumber Ozgur, who is admired by all the girls, is called to dorm.

Sureyya lost her family in the earthquake in Adapazari, 1967. Sureyya, who was in love with Cemal, had to move in her aunt's house in Ankara. Cemal visits Sureyya frequently but one day he is arrested and went to prison. They had to become separated from each other.
