Ganesh decides to commit suicide after several attempts to fulfill his wife's materialistic wishes fail. At the same time, a bounty hunter is on a mission to murder Ganesh.

Ganesha lives happily in a complex owned by Ramanamurthy. Things take a turn when he falls in love with Adilakshmi, the youngest daughter of Ramanamurthy who sings under the pseudonym Shruti.

Karna, an unemployed graduate, is always at fault for everything he does. Karna tries to win his father's heart, but circumstances turn against him.

It is a story of two brothers who've been indoctrinated by their father into remaining bachelors until they achieve their professional goals. This film also tries to convey a message to both men and women, not to paint all members of the opposite gender with the same brush.
