This concert from the Stadthalle Offenbach in Germany was filmed on June 11th. 1978 for the German Rockpalast TV series and perfectly captures the raw excitement of the original Bat Out Of Hell tour with Meat Loaf dominating the stage and the album s songwriter Jim Steinman contributing heavily.

Pete Townshend's Deep End were touring in support of Townshend's solo concept album "White City: A Novel". The set list has tracks from the "White City" album, other Pete Townshend solo tracks, Who classics, David Gilmour's song "Blue Light" and a couple of surprises. This live show from Dortmund's Westfalenhalle was filmed for the famous German music TV series Rockpalast on June 13th 1980, featuring Bob Marley on superb form. Expertly delivering a set of hit singles and classic album tracks, Marley's energetic, charismatic performance includes I Shot The Sheriff, Get Up, Stand Up and No Woman, No Cry and the film has been substantially restored to a high level.

Rainbow was formed by Ritchie Blackmore in 1975 after he left Deep Purple at the height of their fame. They were instantly successful and released a string of hit albums, with an ever-changing line up, between 1975 and 1983 when Blackmore broke up the group to join the reformed Deep Purple. This concert from their European tour in 1977 features the line up responsible for the "Long Live Rock ’n’ Roll" album released later that year, including vocalist Ronnie James Dio and drummer Cozy Powell. Blackmore had to be smuggled out of Austria after trouble with the police at a gig two nights earlier, and was very late arriving in Munich, all of which seemed to inspire both the band and the audience to create a truly remarkable gig.
