Atieh Attarzadeh

A psychiatric centre in Tehran is implementing a revolutionary project: allowing marriage between patients. These women and men in search of love will have to face the prejudices of a traditionalist society. A sensitive and delicate film on personal relationships and the complex notion of madness.

This short film follows a young woman named Neda and her friends on the day of her thesis defence. The handheld camera observes them during the defence, in the car, and later at an amusement park. It reveals the intimacy they share, their friendship, and the unbreakable bond that unites them.
