(Suheir Fadel) an Obstetrics and Gynecology Doctor is unable to have kids from her Husband (Hazem Kharbash) after many years of marriage. Her husband Hazem goes for some medical tests to find that he is incapable of procreation and his wife is perfectly healthy, and he lies to her to maintain their marital life.

A group of stoners has a story each, including Nadia who loves Samir, but he refuses to marry her because she's poor, Ahmed the impotent, Talaat the deviant, and Abbas the unemployed who marries the wealthy cafe owner. They all share one thing, which is the murder of one of their friends

The events revolve around three newly graduated doctors renting a small apartment and turning it into a triple clinic despite the different specialties, which leads to many comedic situations.
