An Egyptian director who graduated from the Higher Institute of Cinema and worked as an assistant director with director Sherif Arafa in the films Abboud on the Border and The Principle. He became the first assistant director for Sherif Arafa in a number of films, such as Mafia and The Island. He directed his first feature film (Badal Lost) in 2009 and The Party (2013).
