A famous TV weatherman, Miguel Flores, becomes public enemy number one when he fails to predict a terrible hailstorm. He is forced out of the big city, Buenos Aires, fleeing the capital for his birthplace of Córdoba. The result will be a voyage of rediscovery that is as absurd as it is human.

Heriberto (Matías Santoiani) dreams of becoming an actor. He wins a contest to work on a film and leaves his small town for Buenos Aires. There he meets Cynthia (Claudia Albertario), the other winner, who will be his co-star in the film, and with whom he falls in love. But the contest turns out to be a scam for pornographic purposes. This failure depresses Cynthia, and Heriberto, still in love with her, tries to help her, but she leaves him and takes his savings.

An idealistic man unknown to the townspeople is accused of murder. To avenge his name he pretends to be the priest and discovers a story full of betrayals and misery.

The plot is based on the daily life of the Panigasi family, an impoverished middle-class family.

Valentino is an introverted young man who has suffered throughout his childhood. In his earliest years, he had to hide from other children who bullied him. Among them, Carola's coach, Vicente (Raúl Lavié), and the most diverse members of both families will play a very important part in her personal and professional life.
