Two directors begin casting a film about the 1990s, which gradually devolves into a space of uncertainty where the distinction between document and fiction disappears. This subtle disruption in the process—the appearance of a single actor obsessed with "accuracy"—leads to a loss of control and implicates them. At the edge of this experience, between life and death, both directors find themselves inside their own, never-made film.

"Illegal" is an action-packed drama about a young migrant from Central Asia who comes to Yakutia to solve his problem.

Events take us to the beginning of World War II in the small town of Stavrovo. Its unique location, a passing railway and a fork in several roads, proximity to the front line, made it attractive to German troops. They placed a rather large garrison in the city. In the city and in its outskirts, an underground was organized. Most of which were recent graduates of the school. This is a story about two fates, two former schoolchildren - Alexei and Dmitry. The first went underground and tried in every possible way to prevent the invaders, giving his life for his homeland. The second sided with the enemy and became an executioner for his own compatriots.

Vika is an unusual girl. Only she is able to see the bewitched guy in the mannequin – the son of the owner of the shopping center who disappeared a year ago. Having put a magic mask on him, she revived Radmir, but even he did not believe Vika. What can we say about those around him, who, by the order of ancient magic, cannot see or hear Radmir. Vika proves to Radmir that magic is real and they unite to dispel the spell. Spending nights together in an empty shopping center, the guys get to know each other and, of course, fall in love. But the task of disenchanting Radmir turns out to be difficult...
