The first part of the film explains human reproduction, the female and male organs and bodily functions. In the second part, the problem of the increase in sexually transmitted diseases in the context of free sexual contact is mentioned and symptoms are explained. In addition to real film scenes, the commentary film contains microscopic shots, cultural-historical depictions and animated drawings. This educational film shows human reproduction as fertilization, growth and birth of the child with rules of conduct for the expectant mother. In a combination of live-action film, animated graphics and microfilmography/photography, “an everyday, ever-changing miracle” is accompanied until the birth.
