After a major conflict, Kazuma Washio (Hitoshi Ozawa) becomes the 6th boss of Tendokai, Kanto’s largest yakuza group. Wakagashira Date (Hideo Nakano) and Kurata (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi) secure casino rights from the government, but top officials are soon murdered, and Date is framed. The trail leads to Sanko-kai, a Kansai syndicate forming ties with a Korean underworld led by Myojin Akinari (Noboru Kaneko), brother of Washio’s old rival. Sanko-kai’s boss Onizuka (Hiroshi Fuse), who holds a grudge against Washio, launches a political and violent offensive. Japan’s largest Kanto yakuza group, Tendokai, led by 6th boss Kazuma Washio (Hitoshi Ozawa), falls into chaos after an attack by Kansai’s Sanko-kai. Okita (Yasukaze Motomiya) loses his memory from the trauma, Kurata (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi) is imprisoned, and Date (Hideo Nakano) publicly announces Tendokai’s dissolution. Three years later… Kurata is released, Date has joined Sanko-kai, and Okita remains amnesiac. Tendokai is scattered. Meanwhile, Sanko-kai thrives after securing casino rights. Will Tendokai vanish for good? The bonds of family and brotherhood left by Washio reignite the men’s resolve—bringing the epic underworld war to its final showdown.
