After passing the final secondary-school examinations in Mathematics at just 9 years old, Maximilian has jumped forward 3 grades and is now attending Mathematical courses at University level. The film follows Maximilian and his parents through their high energy daily life and reflects on what it means to be a child prodigy.

When Sandrine's friend tells her about a strange dream she recently had and then gives her a kiss, Sandrine reacts offended and walks away. But despite trying to distract herself from her friends dream and the kiss, it doesn't work. Images and words won't leave her head. Sandrine has no other choice than to deal with them, deal with her own feelings and with her personal identity...

Set in Switzerland, our story follows Ayaneh, a young refugee from Afghanistan. One day at a public swimming pool she meets Anna and instantly feels attracted to her. As the relationship between the two women develops, Ayaneh is confronted with growing resistance from her religious family.
