A group of American teens comes to Ireland to visit a friend who takes them on a camping trip in search of the local, fabled magic mushrooms. When the psychedelics start taking hold, the panicked friends are attacked by ghostly creatures; but how can they determine whether what they are experiencing is reality or hallucination?

Two young men, Aleksey Vasilyev and Pavel Prokhorov, return to their native town after service in Soviet troops in Afghanistan. Aleksey finds out that his bride Nastya became a victim of rape. The rapist is the driver and trusted person of high rank official who uses his position to close the case.

Hiding from the police captain, a prostitute ends up in the room of a quiet, modest pianist from the United States who takes part in a competition in the resort town by the sea. The naive young man gets carried away by a pretty and cheerful girl. In turn, she finds great, sincere love.

In this farcical dark comedy/melodrama, Lena manages to lose her place at college by virtue of throwing a minor hissy-fit when she catches her erstwhile boyfriend in bed with another girl. Instead of penalizing the boy for his behavior, Lena gets stuck with a court appearance and must pay a small fine, in addition to losing a boyfriend, her college career, and an apartment. Lena belongs to a film club which occasionally hands out awards, and the membership of it decides to send her into the Russian hinterlands to hand out an award to an obscure filmmaker. Throughout the film, Lena has been associated with a bizarre con man named Stepanych who, when his cons fall through, comes to her in the distant town she has gone to seeking her help in committing suicide.

In the not distant future, flights beyond the solar system are becoming a reality. At the same time, the secret Human Planning Institute is engaged in personality modeling. But on one of their "pupils" the system malfunctioned. The special services were powerless to return it under their control and were forced to turn to the help of an old scientist-inventor who had long avoided society ...

Two candidates are vying for the post of mayor of one of the major Western European cities - the Social Democrat Dr. Hayden and the "free nationalist" Alden. On the eve of the election, an independent journalist receives documents confirming Alden's connection with the secret services. He becomes the object of blackmail, but does not change his intentions to expose Alden.

According to the story of JB Prestley "Jenny Villiers." Actors of the London Theater gathered in the Green Room of Barton Spa, a kind of theater museum. The playwright Martin Civerell expresses his doubts that the theater is able to regain its former charm. Left alone in the Green Room, Civerell sees the actors of the last century and becomes a witness to the drama that happened here a hundred years ago...
