Rock legend Deep Purple recorded live at the Birmingham NEC, UK on November 9, 1993. Five members from the band's most famous line up play their hits during their 25th anniversary world tour. Note that Ritchie Blackmore dropped out soon after this particular concert. Deep Purple in 1972 were reaching the height of their success, with hit singles and albums worldwide. Into this heady atmosphere they delivered one of the most famous rock albums of all time, 'Machine Head'.

This is a superb collection of live, studio work and videos and a must for anyone who likes rock music. Actually music full stop. Because this is a band of probably the best musicians you will ever hear. So what you get here is simply an amazing collection of excellent music from concerts all over the world as well as some videos from the time. Here you have the cheesy Knocking At Your Back Door and Bad Attitude to smokin live footage of Black Night (84) and Space truckin (85). While the dvd is mainly split evenly between the Blackmore years and Morse years, both are equally outstanding.

Caught here at their performing peak, Deep Purple were five virituoso rockers combining to form a legend - improvising, jamming, creating a unique sound that will live forever. Live at Montreux 1996 is a live DVD by British hard rock band Deep Purple, recorded in 1996 and released in 2006. The CD and DVD release features live performances from Montreux in 1996 and 2000.

Jon Lord always wanted a studio recording of the concerto. He finalized his very last mission - the first and only studio recording of the famous Concerto For Group And Orchestra. Lord assembled guest musicians such as Iron Maiden's Bruce Dickinson, Joe Bonamassa and Steve Morse in the Abbey Road Studios, to work with his trusted partner, director Paul Mann, on the 2012 version of the legendary concert. The studio recording of Concerto For Group And Orchestra will now become Jon Lord's legacy for generations to come. Jon passes from darkness to light says the sober announcement from his family.

Live performance from British rock band Deep Purple recorded at the California Jam festival at the Ontario Motor Speedway in April 1974. Playing to a crowd of over 200,000 people, the band perform hits including 'Smoke On the Water', 'Might Just Take Your Life' and 'Burn'.

Filmed in Melbourne, Australia in 1984, this concert video is the only full length concert film of the band at this time. A stunning concert with the band in incendiary form, the setlist mixes then new tracks from the 'Perfect Strangers' album with favorites from the early seventies culminating in the brilliant 'Smoke On The Water' finale.

Beyond The Notes Live is a live performance of Jon Lord and band, recorded on 5 October 2004 at the Vulkanhalle (Cologne, Germany). Amongst others the following artists participated: Frida, Sam Brown, Miller Anderson and the Trondheim Solists. The concert is released on DVD by EMI during the fall of 2004.
