Then, in a deprived provincial town, the suicide by fire of a young vegetable seller sets Tunisia ablaze. Each of them will see their lives turned upside down in the turmoil of this end of an era...

Hamid is a journalist, in his late thirties and he sees his celibacy with his petty bourgeois family as an escape route so as not to resemble his own. His family wants to marry him at all costs to his neighbor Rym (30) to put an end to his hesitation, and the bad tongues that do not spare hardened single people. Not daring to oppose his family's decision to marry, Hamid prefers to avoid the atmosphere of preparations.

Zeineb, Elyssa and Houssine, a trio unlikely to ever meet, see their fates cross paths on the night of January 14, the historic date when Ben Ali fled and the Tunisian revolution transformed the face of the nation. The individual lives of these three characters represent the frustrations, challenges, hopes and dreams of the entire country, with their tragic encounter proving to be one that will bind them together for life.

A night of violence in the Medina (old city) of Tunis. A young prostitute is raped by a gang of misfits. To get revenge, she will have Stoufa, the only one who had defended her, almost massacred. In a world of wolves, the gentlest are the ones who pay and, like the victim of a sacrifice, the young man ends up by taking on the guilt of all the others. However, after leaving hospital, Stoufa kidnaps the girl to avenge the injustice he has suffered. But she will hurt him once again. For a night the two give into thoughts of love, but in he morning, the harsh law of the gang prevails.
