Arif is a young man who lives with his family in Balat. He supports his family by working as his father's horse carriage driver. Gülşen, the long-time girlfriend of Arif, who is studying at medical school, waits for the day when school ends and they get married. However, Arif falls in love with Çiğdem, the daughter of a rich family, whom he met at school. Caught between two different lives, Arif is forced to make a choice.

Erol and Sadi are two close friends who work at the same nightclub. Sadi falls in love with Serap, a dancer at the large nightclub. Serap reciprocates his feelings, but disappears when she learns that Sadi has a long-term girlfriend.

The story is set near the southern border filled with explosive mines. The men of the "Network" stubbornly slam themselves against the border, trying to cross it to no avail. They have to take refuge in a local's house where one of the members fall in love with a beautiful girl...

Osman, who spends his money on his daughter's medicine, sells his ring to meet the household needs. He is forced by someone he meets at a tavern to rob the factory where he works. Osman is wanted as a murder suspect due to an incident that occurred during the robbery. He goes to talk to his boss to prove his innocence. While secretly entering the house, he witnesses the murder of his boss. The boss's wife, who committed the murder, offers Osman money in exchange for taking the blame for the crime. Osman takes the blame for the murder to save his family from poverty. However, his wife and relatives will not accept this situation.

Bizimkiler (Ours, Our People) was a Turkish drama, represented the lives of the people shared the same neighborhood. It is one of the longest-running series in Turkish television drama history.
