While adults hesitate, remain silent, or avoid making a decision, responsibility quietly falls on a single mother with a young daughter. She leaves the safety of the shelter and runs across the dangerous passage to bring water back for those who stay behind. Inside the basement, children play hide and seek, unaware that the rules of their game mirror the reality surrounding them.
