A sixteenth century love story about a marriage of alliance that gave birth to true love between a Mughal emperor and a Rajput princess.

Dhun comes from a wealthy and talented family and desires to see the world on his own. He sets upon this travel and on his journey comes upon an inn called Five Daughters, run by Pahar. Deciding to stay there for a while, he meets Pahar's daughters and falls in love with Pooja. Pooja reciprocates his love and both hope to get married. Just when their marriage is being planned, Pooja's family comes to learn that Dhun and Pooja are related.

As Raja grows up with one goal in life - to avenge his parents' death.

While on his deathbed, the Emperor promises that his Senapati, Vikram Singh, will be treated like his son, and he will get married to a woman from a royal family. He also asks Vikram to obey every wish and whim of his wife, Ranimaa, to which Vikram agrees to. A few moments later the emperor passes away. After the formal mourning period is over, Ranimaa announces that she would like Vikram to marry Princess Priya. Vikram agrees to this, and soon Priya and he are married with great pomp and ceremony. After this marriage, Priya learns that Vikram really loves a prostitute named Kesarbai, and has only married her as he had promised to obey every wish and whim of Ranimaa. She also finds out that Kesar and Vikram had a baby girl as a result of this relationship.

When rustic farmer Gopi (Jeetendra) visits a lawyer's home, he's mistaken for Anand, a wealthy attorney who's engaged to the lawyer's beautiful daughter. When the real Anand shows up, the two discover they could be twins and agree to switch places. Will true love win out once the truth is revealed? Or have they sown the seeds of ruin for them both? Directed by Ravikant Nagaich, this entertaining comedy stars Komal, Mumtaz and Aruna Irani.
