The film almanac, consisting of four short works, tells about children's destinies in the hands of adults.

This is a story of the deputy commander of a reconnaissance platoon. His civilian father and son were killed in 2014 in the ukraine. he left everything behind – his good job, his friends – and went to war. now in 2023 he liberates artyomovsk, leading old men women and children from under the fire. he does not feel pain any more… only the memory of who he is and what he is… he is not taking revenge on anybody… he is merely heading home.

The father of the six-year-old Kolya is a criminal; he does not live with his family and only sometimes takes his little son out into nature. As he is still very young, the boy does not understand: he is completely enamoured with his father and imitates him in his own way, thus defending his love. For the spectator this is a drama; for the boy a dream — light and sincere.
