Simona Nobile

1976, Aldo, an explosives expert, is exiled to Italy after mining protests. There he meets Luciana, an anarchist doctor who offers to reunite him with his family, but only if he takes up his old trade: making bombs for revolutionaries.

Mariama, an asylum-seeker from Senegal, has just turned 18. Stella, at first glance a withdrawn woman in her 40s, has recently decided to break free from the clutches of addiction and to give her life a fresh start. In their attempt at finding their place in a world where nothing comes for free, the two women meet and form an unexpectedly strong bond.

Giovanni Bertone a former colonel, is a fraudster who extorts money from the families of the Nazi-Fascist prisoners. He promises them their freedom. Discovered by Colonel Muller he is offered a pact: to save his life, he must go to Milan with a false identity to discover the members belonging to the Resistance.
